The learner will be weekly exposed to a "Dick and Jane" book. One chapter will usually be tackled each session. He or she will comprehend and begin to read and recognize sight words. The learner will become acquainted with the main characters of the series, such as Dick, Jane, Sally, mother, father, Spot and Puff. The learners willl learn by repetition and sight.
