Class Experience

US Grade 2 - 3
Beginner - Intermediate Level
In this course you will be taught the different syllable types that words can contain, and how to read them. This course will make reading and writing much easier and much more fun to do. The syllable types will be shown in words that are easy to read and understand. This class is self-paced and each week a new lesson will be posted with work that build upon the lesson taught. There will be slides to view the lesson and video clips with some songs! I love to make learning as fun as possible.

Learning Goals

Students will be able to identify and understand the six different syllable types and how to read them within text.
Students will be able to understand what a suffix is and how it changes the meaning of the word.
