In this 8-week course, students will cover lessons 1-30 from Saxon Algebra 1.

US Grade 8 - 9
During the 8 week class, we will cover the first 30 lessons of Saxon Algebra 1 (An Incremental Development-third edition). Students will need to have completed Saxon 87 or a similar level in order to take this class. If you are unsure what level you student should be placed at using the Saxon curriculum, I would highly suggest visiting the Saxon website and having your student taking the placement test. I have my Teaching Certificate from the state of Texas that allows me to teach all core subjects, grades 4-8. I have taught middle school math at our local public school, I have taught Saxon math on many grade levels to homeschoolers, and I have homeschooled my 3 children for the past 6 years. I have over 10 years of experience teaching math, history, science, reading and Language Arts.
Homework Offered
