Learners tackle more advanced scripting topics through creative challenges, including multiplayer features, health systems, GUI design, and game logic. The goal is to develop problem-solving and computational thinking through fun projects. What will be taught? - Intermediate to advanced Lua scripting concepts - Using loops, conditional logic, tables, and modules - Creating dynamic UI: scoreboards, buttons, and timers - Building tools, interactive items, and game progression systems - Strategies for debugging and game publishing Weekly Sample Topics: Week of 16th June: Scripting a coin collection system with a counter Week of 23rd June: Create a checkpoint system for obby games Week of 30th June: Add a damage and health system Week of 7th July: Script a working shop with in-game currency Week of 14th July: Add an inventory system using tables Week of 21st July: Build a tool that activates powers Each week includes an explanation, live demo, guided coding, and optional stretch goals for advanced learners.
