Parents! This is a fun class, but there are a few details I wanted to list that would be needed for the success of your child in my class. This includes, but is not limited to, needing an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle if needed, and adequate stretching beforehand.

I have a Masters Degree in Education, Bachelors in Psychology, and a TESOL certification.
