Class Experience

In this class we will learn the importance of thinking positively through the story Sticky Brains by Nicole Libin. In this book, frustrating things happen to the character; however she learns how to train her brain in order to be a more positive thinker. We learn that we have the power to change our thoughts if we choose.

Students will have a chance to draw, color, and share a positive thought if they'd like to. They will also learn some affirmations and tips to encourage positive thinking. This class includes a song, but singing is optional!
