Class Experience
We will begin class with space show and tell. Students may bring any space toy or book for show and tell time. Using the Space Detectives books by Craig Boutland, students will learn about the inner and outer planets. We will review the names of the planets and learn an easy way to remember the order of them. Students will learn details about the planets as they sketch them. Important vocabulary words: asteroid, asteroid belt, atmosphere, crater, diameter, dwarf planet, exoplanet, moon, pole,...
