This class is for animal lovers who are learning their alphabet! Each class we will explore one letter of the alphabet and learn about an animal that has that letter in it's name.

Each class we will explore one letter of the alphabet and learn about an animal that has that letter in it's name. Class will meet two times a week starting the first week in March. Week of March 1-6, Letters A-B Week March 8-12, Letters C-D Week of March 15-19, Letters E-F Week of March 22-26, Letters G-H Week of March 29-April 2, Letters I-J Week of April 5-9, Letters K-L Week of April 12-16, Letters M-N Week of April 19-23, Letters O-P Week of April 26-30, Letters Q-R Week of May 3-7, Letters S-T Week of May 10-14, Letters U-V Week of May 17-21, Letters W-X Week of May 24-28, Letters Y-Z

Hi! My name is Alyssa and I enjoy spending time outside. I love sharing my interest of the outdoors and animals with my students! I’m also passionate about everything to do with the upper Midwest and The Great Lakes. I also love music and learning about music. I have spent many years as a pianist, organist and clarinetist. My school background is also in Music.
My classes will draw on these interests while we also learn other skills such as reading and writing in the classroom.
I have over 5 years experience giving one on one Piano and Clarinet lessons. I also have over 2 years of experience teaching ESL classes.
I have a Bachelors Degree from DePauw University in General Music. I am also trained as a Veterinary Assistant in both small and large animals. My background also includes growing up on a farm in Northern Wisconsin where I have spent many years exploring the lakes and the woods of the Mid-west.
I find drawing from other passions can help students learn fundamentals in the classroom. I also think that movement and music can help students with flow as well as remembering proper pronunciation and meaning.
I have a passion for traveling and am currently saving up to renovate a camper van and hit the road for a trip around North America. Reviews
