Learners will participate in various discussions with Millie during a Google Slideshow as they discover how to allow nature to teach us through natural life cycles that occur on regenerative farms that focus on growing and raising nutrient-dense food in healthy soil. Millie will guide learners to create beautiful journal pages filled with this new knowledge to share with others. Learning Goals: By the end of class, learners will have journal pages filled with examples of life cycles found on regenerative farms, and they will understand how to help preserve those precious life cycles in order to support our natural world.

Teacher expertise and credentials
Millie Cunningham is a farm educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability Studies from the University of Texas, Austin. When she is not working or volunteering on a regenerative farm, she enjoys traveling in order to learn how communities across the globe are responding to the climate crises. Millie finds joy in teaching children about regenerative agriculture through the nonprofit, Fearless Farmers, in an effort to inspire, teach, and encourage children about the positive impacts regenerative agriculture has on climate change.
