In this one-time class we will use our favorite Pokémon cards to help us learn nouns, verbs and adjectives and read stories.

Do you have awesome Pokémon cards you want to show off? Come and learn with us! In this class we will learn about nouns, verbs, and adjectives then create a Pokémon themed story. Students can bring their two favorite Pokémon cards or toys to show off and use to help them think of different nouns, verbs, and adjectives. We will use those words to fill in our Pokémon story, then I will read our creative piece aloud to the class. Students will practice fluency and intonation by reading...
Students will learn the definitions of a noun, verb, and adjective and be able to come up with their own examples. Students will also practice fluency and intonation of voice.
Students can bring two Pokémon cards or toys to show off at the beginning of class and use to help them come up with words.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
