***This class is FREE and your $1 will be refunded at the end of each month*** In this Learner Community Meetup learners will get together with learners from around the world to socialize in an ongoing session hosted by the Learner Community. Here’s how it works! • At the beginning of each session, learners who are new to the group will be asked to introduce themselves by giving us their name, their general location in the world, and a ‘fun fact’ about themselves. Learners will need to have their camera turned on for this portion. • We will then ask a 2-3 minute ice breaker question for learners to answer in breakout rooms • After the icebreaker, learners will collectively decide what topics they would like to discuss and or explore in their Zoom breakout rooms. • The Zoom breakout rooms are opened for about half an hour in which learners can freely pick and choose which rooms to join. • The host floats throughout the rooms to answer questions, help learners switch rooms, and of course chat! Learners are encouraged to come to the main room any time they wish. • All learners are welcome to join ANY breakout room at ANY time and learners are encouraged to meet each other by asking their ‘fun fact.’ • Learners are of course expected to follow the content moderation guidelines at all times: https://support.outschool.com/en/articles/5536590-content-moderation-guidelines-for-learners • Learners are encouraged to join Learner Community Chat to chat with learners throughout the week and our free programming here: https://info.outschool.com/learner-community
