In this class, student will learn typing in lessons covering skill building, accuracy, numbers, advanced symbols, numeric pad. This class is building off the first two classes suggested before you take this class.
Class experience
In this class student will be learning skill builders, accuracy focus, numbers letter numbers, advanced symbols, numeric keypad, advanced wrap up, advanced assessment. Teacher will post weekly videos with view of teachers hands and screen on how to complete each assignment and tips on each method being taught, and on how to set up your environment to help the student follow the recommendations for proper posture while typing. In this class student will be learning skill builders, accuracy focus, numbers letter numbers, advanced symbols, numeric keypad, advanced wrap up, advanced assessment.
I have been teaching online for about 15 years, and I have a Masters Degree in Teaching and Learning with Technology that I completed in an online program. I am also a Homeschool mom for 20+ years. I have taught multiple students to read, write, type, and various other subjects over the years. I enjoy finding that right method to help students learn best that is unique to them. :)
Homework Offered
Student will need to complete assignments weekly to help improve their skills. All students will be given a letter grade during each lesson they complete.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class

2 files available upon enrollmentStudent will need a computer with a working keyboard and mouse. A printout of the hand placement for each student is available to print if student would like to print it out.

Parents will need to be available to help students with logging into their typing.com account. Parents will also need to ensure students complete weekly assignments. Students will not be allowed to progress through class and to the advanced level if all assignments are not completed.
