This class is led by an occupational therapist. Students will meet twice a week over 7 weeks to learn how to write all letters of the cursive alphabet.
Class experience
In this small-group class that meets twice a week, we will learn uppercase and lowercase cursive letters, how to connect letters into words, and how to copy sentences from print to cursive. I use Handwriting Without Tears along with my own tips and tricks I gained over 20 years of handwriting instruction. Students will learn correct letter formation for both the lowercase and uppercase cursive alphabets. Students will have a functional signature.
