Class Experience

This course is designed to continue my level 1 typing class. Rather than cover the basics of the keyboard, your learner will dive right into practicing their typing skills by typing the teacher’s sentences, creating their own short stories, and also typing short conversations with the other classmates. Here is a breakdown of the course:

Week 1

Students will review what was cover in my level 1 typing course.
Students will get to ask questions to the teacher about typing.
Students will practice typing sentences require the use of capitalization, symbols, and proper spacing.

Week 2

Students will create their own short stories.
Students will get to type conversations with other students in the classroom.
Students will learn some common mistakes that are made when typing and how to avoid them.

Week 3

Students will get to “travel the world” and pretend that they’re typing in other countries.
Students will practice typing exercises to improve their memorization of the keyboard letters.
Students will have a final quiz that will help them evaluate how they have improved in this typing course.
