Class Experience

Beginner - Intermediate Level
In this small group enrichment summer camp, I will teach learners how to solve the Pyraminx independently using a method that easily allows them to progress through cubing by gaining new skills and learning new techniques. When students have mastered what is covered in this course they should be able to solve the cube in around twenty seconds or less!

Class size is kept small so content can be customized and paced for learners needs and each learner will receive individualized instruction tailored exactly to where they are in their cubing journey! Each camp will be individualized for the learners present for a sample breakdown of daily lessons, please check the syllabus.

Students will spend the vast majority of class practicing and will practice each step multiple times. Many cubing classes do not include enough repetition so learners are not able to retain the skill for even a short period of time, but with this method your child will be able to solve the cube for life even without further instruction.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I have been speed cubing for almost 15 years as a hobby, but recently have had the opportunity to dive even deeper into this incredible sport. I have been teaching kids to solve the cube online and working with novice and intermediate solvers for two years on a variety of learning platforms both online and in person. i have competed in numerous official and unofficial cubing competitions and can solve the cube on average in less than 15 seconds with a personal best of less than 10 seconds.
