Class Experience
Students will work one-on-one with the teacher to improve their singing skills, including range and clarity, through practiced singing with instructor feedback and guidance. Broadway singing combines characteristics of traditional musical theatre belt singing with contemporary pop/rock influences. Students will also learn to utilize proper warm up, technique and make appropriate choices from Broadway Repertoire for his or her voice. Students will learn an uptempo song and ballad which they will select with help from the teacher. No singing experience necessary as lessons include instruction on warm-ups and song choice guidance from the instructor. Teacher expertise includes picking and rehearsing songs for musical theatre auditions as well as for karaoke and other public singing activities! **No-make up policy: Exceptions may be made for emergencies only at the teacher’s discretion. Due to the high demand for this class, the instructor cannot reschedule lessons
