Let's get kids excited about learning to read while being silly and having fun in a Silly Monster word family phonics course, kids will learn all 22-word family sounds and how to read and write words that include those sounds with a silly monster through games, songs, crafts, and giggles. 

In the first part of the course, I will post two pre-recorded videos. In the first video, I will show the steps to making a silly monster out of a recyclable that will be used the following weeks of class. 

In the next parts of the course, I will post a video of myself teaching silly monster two-word family sounds. Students will learn the letter combination sound, how to read words with that sound, and to write words containing that sound by watching silly monster, and myself play games like the cup game, I spy, writing in food, etc, as well as completing these activities themselves.

This class will be very interactive and include additional sources including worksheets, hands-on activities, and links to games and songs to continue their learning throughout the week.
