Class Experience
Let's get kids excited about learning to read while being silly and having fun in a Silly Monster word family phonics club. In club 1 of 2 class, students will make their very own silly monster and learn 10-word family sounds and how to read and write words that include those sounds through games, songs, crafts, and giggles. On the first day of the club, we will make a silly monster out of a recyclable that the kids will feed throughout the following days of class. We will begin each class...
Recyclable container (yogurt, oatmeal, cereal box), string ribbon, or another item for hair, paint, and pdfs.
2 hours 55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
