This is an engaging and fun class for early readers where we will practice reading a new set of word family words each week.

I designed this class so that your child can start learning to read by recognizing letter patterns within word family words and by blending letter sounds together to read and write CVC and CCVC words. Students will learn to blend letter sounds together to read CVC and CCVC words or improve their current skills in reading these words.
I hold a BA in administraion as well as an ESL certification. I also have completed more than 120 professional development hours in the Sciences of Reading. I have been teaching young learners to read for more than 18 years.
