This is a beginning Spanish class, so there is no need to have any prior knowledge of Spanish prior to taking this course. This class will be taught on the Zoom platform. I will use Flash Cards, Finger Puppets, Power Point Presentation and attach an optional 2 page Word document Worksheet for this class to follow along. I will teach the Spanish Alphabet, comparing & contrasting with the English Alphabet. We will go over the letter sounds. The students will practice reading the new vocabulary for each letter and they can also answer the worksheet while they learn the new letter sounds and vocabulary.
Learning Goals
Students will learn the Spanish Alphabet and at the end be able to blend vowel and consonant sounds, to make and pronounce short words.Other Details

The students will need paper and pencils. There is an optional worksheet, in Microsoft Word, that can be printed out, so students can follow along in the class.
