Description

Class Experience

Learn to read and write Korean for complete beginners.  In this one time class we will learn how to read and write all the letters in the alphabet, and also learn a few simple words and names of Popular Korean Artists. By the end students should have a basic understanding of Hangul (the Korean writing system) and how it relates to the Korean Language.

To teach the alphabet I will show how each of the letters is written and sounded out. Then I will show students how to use the alphabet chart...

Be able to read and write using the Korean alphabet

I learned Korean by taking classes in college but mainly through self study, listening to Kpop, and having lived in Korea. I've also been teaching Korean for the past few months and know many of the difficulties that beginner learners experience. I like to focus on the aspects of Korean that the learner is interested in, whether it be Kpop, Kdrama or anything else.
