This class is taught in English.
  • •Students will develop phonological knowledge. Students will be able to identify letters and sounds. •Students will be able to read and spell CVC words. •Students will be exposed to non-phonetic words. •Students will be able to read and write short sentences using known words.
As a former kindergarten classroom teacher, and Orton-Gillingham instructor, I have several years experience working with students utilizing Lively Letters and Orton-Gillingham to develop foundational literacy skills.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Shared screen whiteboard for sound blending/orthographic mapping, printing practice, reading, and spelling.
