Class Experience
Students will learn to play and tune the violin and read music.
Students will be assigned at least one song from the Suzuki book to work on each week. Students will be expected to practice at least 10-15 minutes per day outside of their weekly lesson.
Each student must have their own violin, bow, rosin and the Suzuki 1 book to begin their first lesson.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Students are encouraged to practice 10 to 15 minutes each day, or roughly 1.5 hours per week to start. As students progress, they will be expected to lengthen their practice time during the week.
