This course is for beginners and will continue to practice the old chords that they already know and also learn all new chords. The students will be happy to learn these new chords because this will open the door for them to learn to play more songs. We will use the capo throughout the course and see how this changes the sound of the guitar. Finally, we will learn about the 6 strings and how to identify them by their proper letters. Week 1 We will review the chords that the student already knows. The students will identify which are the chords that they are still having trouble with when they play the guitar. We will give time for the student to practice these chords and also ask questions that they have. The students will learn our first new guitar chords: F major and F minor. Week 2 We will learn to play a new song that uses new frets on the guitar that we haven't used before. This will teach the student how to play a variety of songs that use the entire neck of the guitar. We practice learning the correct letters for each of the guitar strings. This will help the student become more comfortable with tuning the guitar on their own and learning how to play songs on their own. Week 3 The students will learn new guitar chords: the four G chords. The students will learn new guitar chords: B major and B minor The students will try exercises so that they can play the F chords together with other chords that they learned in previous courses.

1. Hello, my name is Teacher Sean. I teach classes of Spanish, Guitar, and Keyboard Typing. I even teach free Bible classes during my free time. I love to teach.
2. I've been teaching for 20 years to small groups, large groups, and individual one-on-one classes. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science and Technology. I also have a TEFL certificate for teaching English as a foreign language.
3. My philosophy with teaching is that the student will learn much more and progress much faster if their teacher offers them encouragement and helpful feedback. The student will enjoy learning if they feel comfortable.
