Description

Class Experience

In this class learners will be "refreshed," or quickly taught, how to read basic ukulele tablature and chord diagrams. They will use that knowledge to learn the main theme from the movie "Ghost Busters."  They will also work on proper finger placement when “fretting” the notes in order to ensure a beautiful sound while playing. 

We will review the string names, as well as vocabulary terms such as “fret” and “note vs. chord.” It is highly encouraged that the students know these things before...

Your ukulele!

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
