Students will learn to make a stop motion movie.
I have worked in movies as an actress, casting director, producer, and publicist. Movies I have made in collaboration with my family have won numerous awards and played in festivals around the world. I studied film editing at the International Center of Photography.
Students can continue filming outside of class time. They can also work on the planning of their movie, including a script, storyboard, or crafting props.
* A phone, tablet or desktop computer that can enable the camera for taking photos * Stop Motion Studio: Either the free version or the paid version will work. I recommend the paid version if you want to access green screen and other advanced features * A tripod or stable surface: You can create your own tripod using household items too. * Any toys you want to star in your movie * Optional: Green/Blue Screen * Optional: If you are interested in filming with dolls, you can also buy the book I published, My Doll Journal & Filmmaking Notebook on Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/My-Doll-Journal-Filmmaking-Notebook/dp/B0B18F4JHP/ref=sr_1_2?crid=2W8N2DO0QBBT2&keywords=theresa+pickett&qid=1658934073&sprefix=theresa+pickett%2Caps%2C73&sr=8-2
