Description
Class Experience
Students will practice important reading and writing skills while enjoying interactive activities. Our studies will include writing paragraphs, proofreading, reviewing nouns, verbs, and adjectives, using correct punctuation, and writing letters.
No homework is required for this class. Most classes will include a time for students to write and practice what they have learned.
Students will need a way to write. They are welcome to bring a notebook and pencil or type in the chat - whatever they or their parents are most comfortable with. If they write in a notebook, they may want to to have a separate notebook for this class to keep all of their writing projects together. It is at times helpful if the students know how to use the "annotate" feature of Zoom as I sometimes invite them to write on the screen, but it is not required.
