Description
Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
Students will practice important reading and writing skills such as using correct punctuation, learning about nouns, verbs and adjectives, finding the beginning, middle and end of a story, and writing letters. Each class will focus on a different topic and include activities to help your learner enjoy Language Arts.
No homework will be assigned. All writing will be done in class, although if a student does not finish their writing, they are welcome to finish it outside of class and share it next time (if they would like!).
Students can bring a notebook and pencil to class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
