In this one time, 55 minute class, students will learn how to draw the character Sylveon from Pokémon.

We will be looking at pictures of Sylveon and discuss strategies for drawing them in class. Every character is made of shapes, and students will learn to look for these shapes to help draw their Pokémon. Students will follow step by step instructions and draw alongside with me for 55 minutes. Students will have a chance to share their work with me or other students if they want. Any materials can be used for this class- but a piece of paper and pencil is recommended. I will be drawing my Pokémon on the computer for students to see/guide them for most of the class time.
Learning Goals
This class shows students how to draw the Pokémon Sylveon. We will also learn about the Pokémon, and talk about it in class. Students will learn to analyze pictures of a Pokémon and break it down into simpler shapes.
