Description
Class Experience
-Practice the fundamentals of drawing -Practice a workflow for approaching any art piece -Learn about how to draw both realistically and in a cartoon style -Have fun creating beautiful drawings
1. Drawing paper - 9x12 inches is the standard. Printer paper may be used, but it is very smooth and is more difficult to work on. Paper like Strathmore Sketch paper is much better for drawing and it can be found online or at most art stores. We will use more than once piece of paper each class. 2. Graphite pencils of hardness 2b or softer. Common pencils used in school will work but, once again, are a bit more difficult to work with. They also cannot draw very dark. 3. Eraser 4. Pencil sharpener
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
