Students will learn to draw various buildings and learn architecture while creating and imagining their own street scene. Students will learn to draw trees, bushes and small details that make up a street as well as create interesting stories about their street scene. Students are encouraged to draw something silly or unusual hidden in the scene. Each of these will be done step-by-step from the very simple shapes to the aspect of lighting, shading and color. Once completed students will showcase their street scene to the other students and reveal what their unusual, hidden mystery is in their drawing if no one can guess correctly! For some students that don't like to share, this usually opens them up!

Hello Animal Lovers and Artists!
I am a published author of five books including non-fiction, fiction and two children's books.
I am also an animal lover who has cared for and rehabilitated animals all of my life. Currently, I have over 6 animals residing on my property, and before you accuse me of being a cat hoarder - I only have two kittens!
I am Wild Animal Health Care Certified, a Wildlife Conservationist, and also Marine and Eco Tourism Certified. I told you I love animals!
I approach teaching as a creative endeavour and I instill creativity in all of my classes. The more we can expand on being creative, the easier it is to approach different learning opportunities, career choices and even life choices.
