Learn to Draw a Self-Portrait!

Hello! I am an art, technology and business education teacher. I have taught students of all ages from preschool through college-level. I have a bachelor's degree in Art Education from Indiana University and a master's degree in Visual Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago. I have been teaching in a variety of settings since 2001! I taught both Visual Arts and Technology in the Chicago Public Schools. I also worked at the Art Institute of Chicago, the Chicago Children's Museum, the Indianapolis Museum of Art and the Children's Museum of Indianapolis, teaching art classes and managing educational arts programming for students. I teach art with a strong emphasis on art history. I make learning about artists and different art forms fun and exciting! I also love to teach technology and business. I have taught entrepreneurship courses for high school students. I am the mother of one toddler daughter and a spunky french bulldog! I also own a small creative business where I design and produce pet products. I am well-versed in all art forms and techology. I love drawing, painting, digital art and sewing!
