Class experience
In this one-time introduction course, students will be taught step-by-step how to make a slip knot, crochet a beginner's foundation chain to start a crochet project, a single crochet stitch, and a double crochet stitch. With these beginner's basic skills, students will be able to start their very first crochet project! Learners will learn the basic skills of crocheting: slip knot, crochet a beginner's foundation chain, a single crochet stitch, and a double crochet stitch.
I have taught crocheting to students of all aged for years and have been crocheting for around 20 years.

Students will be assessed using formative assessment. They will be observed by the teacher and asked check-in questions to make sure they are following along. This is done so that students don't fall behind in instruction and the teacher can make sure they are teaching at the learner's pace throughout class and go back to repeat steps if necessary.Grades Offered
