Description

Class Experience

In this 2 week class, students will learn how to crochet a basic coaster using a single crochet stitch. This is for a right handed learner only.  
In class 1, students will learn how to make a cast on knot, classic chain stitch, single crochet, and cast off knot.  We will work to make the coaster and complete all of the needed rows. 
In class 2, students will learn how to to a basic border using a single crochet stitch.  

Each class will have written instructions as well that students can...

Students will be able to crochet a basic chain stitch.
Students will be able to crochet a single crochet stitch.
Students will be able to put a border on a crochet project.

Students may be required to finish the recommended rows for the coaster off line after the meeting time if not completed during the meeting time.

1 or 2 Colors of Weight 4 Yarn
Size H Crochet Hook
Safety Pins or Paper Clips
Scissors

45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Use of scissors is required.
