Class Experience

Kitchen equipment:
large pot, kitchen knives, cutting board, spatula, large spoon, stove

Week 1 Ingredients:
ground turkey (or ground beef), tomato sauce, kidney beans, chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, beef bouillon cubes.  Cayenne powder if desired.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental guidance is necessary while using the oven, stovetop and kitchen knives.  Parents are strongly encouraged to double check ingredients for possible allergens.
