This is a one-time group class meant for beginner level animators. Students will learn all about the FREE flipaclip app for the iPad Pro and practice some basic animation skills using the tools in the app.

Welcome, aspiring animators! This is a GROUP class meant for BEGINNER LEVEL artists/animators. Students will learn the basics of animation and will practice these skills by using a FREE app called Flipaclip! Flipaclip is a very popular animation app for the iPad Pro and is perfect for beginner animators and hobbyists. In this class, students will learn: -How to use the Flipaclip app -Basic animation skills Students will get the opportunity to ask questions, connect with other young artists, and share their love for animation! *Students will need an iPad pro and Apple Pencil OR phone and stylus that is compatible with the Flipaclip app to participate in the class demonstrations** Students CAN take the class if they don't have the tech needed, but they will be learning by watching rather than doing.

What I Will Be Using During The Class: -iPad Pro -Apple Pencil -Flipaclip App Alternate Supplies/Tech: -Phone (compatible with the Flipaclip app) -Stylus pen *Students do NOT need the supplies/tech to register for the class, but will not be able to participate in the demos during class if they do not have the needed materials**
