In this ongoing class I will teach different aspects of the the elements of art. Which include, Lines, Patterns, Shape, Color, Contrast and Emphasis, Movement and Rhythm, Value, Balance, Texture, Form, Space, Proportion, Unity and Variety. It doesn’t matter if your child is a beginner or advanced in their artwork, what they create will be on their level. This class is taught in English.
They will learn many art techniques within the EPIC curriculum and how to interact with a group.
I’m a Montessori K-6 Teacher, specializing in Art, Grammar and Literature. I use the EPIC curriculum all through the age groups and I find it very successful.
Homework Offered
Some weeks we won’t have enough time in class to finish the artwork, so it may be needed to be done in their own time. Every child does art at a different pace. Some are very fast and others like to take their time.Assessments Offered
