Join me, Sensei Rudi (A world-champion karate master) to teach you the awesome basic stances of traditional Japanese Karate in this fun and interactive class. Sensei Rudi is a qualified Karate instructor and referee with more than two decades of karate teaching experience, and has taught students across a wide range of ages and abilities. 

This particular class is designed for young children to be introduced to karate in a playful setting.  The class is safe and no special equipment is needed.  Classes are also designed to accommodate lockdown, and hence not much space is needed either. 

Students can come to the class in any sports tracksuit or P.E. clothes that they are comfortable in.
