Learn Spanish With Yoga, Fitness and Games.

In this class, students will learn the Spanish alphabet with yoga poses and fitness exercises, and with the help of images, students will be able to connect the word with the pose. As the teacher sounds the word in Spanish, students will repeat the word to practice pronunciation as they move.
There will be games to practice the vocabulary learned and an active warm up.
The session will be held in English and in Spanish, and as the students get familiar with the vocabulary, more Spanish will be used.
There will be a guided relaxation at the end of the class, this relaxation will be completly in English to help the students relax and give their brains a rest.

Each session will consist of:
1. Opening with breathing exercises 
2. Meditation tapping fingers
3. Warm Up
4. Poses of the day
5. Game, story or dance
6. Guided relaxation 


Week 1 
Learn Numbers 1-10 with a warm up
Learn the Alphabet ( A-J)
Learn Parts of the Body, arms, legs, hands, fingers


Week  2
Learn numbers 10-100 with a warm up
Learn the Alphabet (K-T)
Learn vocabulary related to animals

Week 3
Learn vocabulary related to movement such as walk, run, jump with a warm up
Learn the Alphabet (U-Z)


Week 4
Practice your vocabulary as you dance to warm up
How do you spell?
Practice the alphabet spelling words and playing games.


***This is a session to help your child get familiar with Spanish vocabulary, improve coordination, balance, gain self esteem, using games, dances and exercise routines. It is not intended to be offered as therapeutic support for learners suffering from chronic anxiety or anxiety disorders. The tips that are offered are to help children with day to day anxiety or stress.***

Don’t forget to have a bottle of water to keep hydrated. 
It will be helpful for me if you use the biggest screen you have and place it high, not on the floor, and with a good camera angle so I will be able to see what the learners are doing.

CLASS RECORDING POLICY : I do not share recordings of my group classes in order to protect the privacy of all learners ( many parents do not feel comfortable with other families having access to videos that include their child). However, you are welcome to watch and participate with your child, OFF SCREEN, to comply with Outschool Policy, so that you can have access to the content.
