1 hour per week. At the end of each session learners will be given a brief assignment. Each assignment will be a different short answer question learners will submit to the instructor. For example learners will respond to "How does your body feel after your workout?" Welcome to our Learn Pilates I - self paced class! Give your learner the benefits of Pilates in a convienent safe format. Workout on your schedule and at your own pace with these four workouts to learn Pilates and start getting the benefits including increased strength, flexibility and posture. Our experienced Certified Pilates instructor and physical therapist is dedicated to helping your learner develop strength, flexibility, and coordination in a fun and supportive environment. Through gentle exercises and movements, learners will practice the fundamentals of Pilates while improving their overall physical well-being. Our encouraging approach focuses on building confidence and promoting a positive attitude towards fitness and other learners. Each session will include a strength and stretch workout using the foundations of Pilates and build a community of inclusivity and connection to each other and our bodies. Class Structure: -Greetings and intro -Warm up on the floor or in standing -The workout -Wrap up: A very short assignment will be given for learners to connect with the instructor at the end of each session. This promotes engagement and accountability. All questions and comments are welcomed via outschool messaging. Positive feedback and connections between instructor and learners is encouraged by the instructor.
