In this 4-week course, learners will learn amazing physics facts with hands-on STEM projects! Our final project is a rubber-band-powered car that you can pull back and see rolling forward!

The first Law of Thermodynamics, gravitational force, potential & kinetic energies will all be covered in this four-week course. We'll use toilet paper rolls to create a ball launcher, cardboard to create a marble drop machine, paper towel rolls to create a rollercoaster, and elastic bands to create a pull-back car. Homework Offered
Assignments will be posted weekly. Learners are expected to make 1 project each week.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
I will provide constructive feedback for each project. The feedback could be written or in video format.Grades Offered
A list of supplies will be posted in the classroom.
- Learners must be comfortable using scissors. Parental guidance might be advised in some cases. - I suggest the use of a hot glue gun for two of the projects. Learners can choose to use tapes instead if not comfortable using a hot glue gun. But a hot glue gun is highly recommended. - We will be using Kahoot for quizzes and games, instruction will be communicated beforehand in the classroom.
