Students will learn how to incorporate rhymes and music into learning math in a fun and stimulating way. Students will be able to become proficient in their multiplication skills within the 5 week course.
I have experience tutoring school age children since 2016, after school 1:1 using multiplication motivation raps and have witnessed students advance in their skills within weeks. Back in 2016, I was a senior in high school and I interned at El Nido family centers and also worked at a after school club for several years until present date. I worked with 2nd grade to 5th grade teaching them multiplication strategies and implemented the necessary tools such as multiplication motivation songs to encourage students to multiply in a fun way.
Homework Offered
Students will be given 3 math problems to practice what they learned in class. Also students will be provided with a YouTube link to the multiplication song so they can listen to it while working on their homework.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

Learners will need a notebook and pencil for writing multiplication facts. Students will also need access to google docs to print out homework. It will be a total of one worksheet page per week, and a total of 5 pages for the entire semester.
