During this Moana themed class we are going to learn an upbeat dance to Moana's "How Far I'll go" remixed version. The first half of class will consist of a warm-up and stretch to make sure our muscles are warm and ready to dance. We will practice steps that will be in the dance covered, and then in the second half of class we will learn the choreography! Interaction among each other is encouraged. I always start with an ice breaker to get us comfortable with one another! During this class we are not only having a lot of fun, but we are building confidence and friendship all while learning a fun dance! No experience is necessary! Just a love for dance, movement and maybe even Moana. I hope to see you in class!

Parental Guidance
I take proper pre-caution in the beginning of class to make sure all students warm up their bodies well and understand to what point they can safely push themselves.
