In this 4-week self-paced (asynchronous) class, we will have a blast learning how to identify the beginning sounds in words.  We will use puzzle picture cards, magnetic letters (by themselves), magnetic letters on a small whiteboard, letters typed on an online whiteboard, and a fun Scavenger Hunt Phonics game to help learners better understand how to identify the beginning sounds in words.

Each lesson will include pre-recorded, engaging learning videos.  Watch and interact with the videos at the time that is most convenient for you.  That's one thing I love about self-paced classes.  Everybody's schedule is different, and we live in a variety of time zones.  It makes it easier when we can focus on our learning when it is best for us to.  

Each lesson will also include a fun learning activity.  The instructions will be posted with each assignment.  All learning activities are optional.

Lesson 3: Learn how to identify beginning sounds M-S.

Lesson 4: Learn how to identify beginning sounds T-Z.
