Class experience

US Grade 1 - 4
Students learn the methods of prediction, testing, recording results, and improvement. Students will be able to use hands-on activity using everyday items to create a fun and exciting experiment on their own after the class.
I am a middle school and high school math and science teacher with eight years of experience. Additionally, I am a homeschooling dad of 12+years who has four kids that are four different types of learners.

I have the privilege to teach many subject areas, but chemistry is my favorite as it applies to all other areas of science. My opinion is that if a student understands major chemical concepts, other sciences become more clear.

I hold a MS and BS in the natural sciences.
At the end of class learners will be sent a complete list of supplies and detail step by step instructions to complete this on their own with adult supervision.
If the students desire to complete after this class a step by step guide will be provided, after the class. Parental supervision is strongly suggested. All supplies are safe and common household items, however, the sequence of events are important for experiment's success. Students and parents are advised that common household items may cause sensitivity or allergy in some students or individual.
