In this class, we will draw a sea turtle, a dolphin, and a narwhal in Kawaii style. I will guide students step by step on my digital sketchbook, starting by drawing basic geometric shapes. The majority of the class time will be used to show the drawing techniques. The pace greatly depends on the experience level of the students in class. Please, note that we will not be coloring during the class unless we have some extra time at the end. Students are encouraged to share their artwork via camera during the class and/or by uploading a picture of their sketches in our virtual classroom after the end of the class. Looking forward to drawing with you!

Hello! I'm Sophia Stafford and I'm excited to share my passion for drawing with your learners!
I teach a variety of drawing classes here on Outschool since March 2020.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Math and an MBA in Marketing. I have lectured undergraduate level Business classes and have tutored students of all ages in Math. Also, I have extensive training and experience in drawing both in traditional and digital media. My professional experience includes graphic and web design, and creating digital marketing materials.
My passion has always been drawing and creative arts. I enjoy helping students learn new things and boost their self-confidence through art. It's very fulfilling when I see my students improving their skills and feeling proud of their accomplishments.
