Class Experience

In addition to learning about the history of the Eiffel Tower and the plethora of fun facts around its architecture, I will share photos and describe my experience going to the top of the Eiffel Tower with my family (which includes a family story we still talk about to this day!). We will then learn how to draw the Eiffel Tower and finish it up by painting it with watercolor paint (see "Supply List" for a special note about this). This is a great opportunity to see and hear what it is truly like to be at the top of the Eiffel Tower and will hopefully inspire your child to want to visit the Eiffel Tower one day.
Learning Goals
Students will experience the following in this class:
1. They will learn the history and fun architectural facts about the Eiffel Tower.
2. They will travel virtually to the Eiffel Tower through my own personal photos and storytelling.
3. They will learn how to draw the Eiffel Tower.
4. They create an Eiffel Tower painting.
