We will read stories that present a problem. We will then learn stress reducing techniques to problem solve. Cue cards will be created that contain individualized strategies to help learners cope with day-to-day worries, stress or anxiety.

Class experience

Students will learn techniques that can be used to handle day-to-day stress or anxiety. 
I am very passionate about lowering the stress level in the body to manage a challenging day. I have collected many valuable skills while throughout the years working in the mental health field. I have worked with many children and adults who have found coping skills helpful to lower day-to-day stress.

There will not be homework assigned for this class.
Assessments Offered
There will not be an assessment for this class.
Grades Offered
There will be a one page handout for most classes. This will be provided to download and print. If a printer is not available a notebook and pencil will be helpful. The learner can bring colored pencils, markers, or crayons to class. If supplies are needed the learner will be informed in advance.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
