Learn French with Ms. Erika in this fun and engaging class for beginner French learners! In this class, learners will benefit from a one-on-one learning environment to gain second-language abilities. This class meets weekly for 25 minutes sections. Every week we will focus on a different lesson. Your child will learn phonics, basic conversational skills, vocabulary for family, friends, food animals, emotions, and much more! This class is intended for beginner learners and no previous French knowledge is required! Students with some experience speaking French are welcome as well. 

As the teacher, I will guide your child through the vocabulary words by repeating these new words and practice them in sentences with the other learners. I incorporate the use of lots of visual aids to help my students learn new concepts. This will include slides for them to follow along and flashcards to help memorization. Students will also get to participate through sing-a-longs and short reading passages to help increase the retention of the new material they have learned. This is a very interactive class and your child will have the opportunity to both listen to a native French speaker and practice using the language themselves. 
I create a relaxing and welcoming environment where students feel comfortable practicing a new language. In this class, your child will not only gain French language skills, but they will have fun along the way!
