In this English course, learners will read an article or story and then work on mapping, retelling and summarising. Each week learners will develop their oral and written fluency skills, comprehension, vocabulary and much more! Suitable for B1 B2 Learners. What will the classes entail? Each class comes with activity sheets to be completed during and after class. Learners are welcome to post their completed work to the classroom. Classes are interactive and our teaching style is dynamic and engaging. Learners will develop skills in order to interpret reading texts. They will be able to explain the text in their own words by mapping it our and summarising it. What's your teaching style? We are a team of experienced teachers who are calm, patient and supportive whilst ensuring that the children are constantly learning. The environment will be dynamic and learners will actively participate throughout the class. As experienced teachers, we are capable of adapting my style to suit the learners. How much will learners get to interact with you and each other? Students will be active participants throughout each class. Student talk time is expected to be significantly higher than teacher talk time. What kind of class is this? This is an ongoing live class. This class meets once a week for 35 minutes. Learners will be encouraged to speak to the teacher, in pairs and individually. Learners will complete some of the activity sheets in the class. What will you learn in this class?
